It was Tuesday morning and the day of our 3rd Networking Mummies Warwickshire meet, the list of attendees looked hopeful but the weather didn't :(
It was very overcast and looked like rain but I was hoping it wouldn't put people off. I was the first one to arrive and was followed by 3 regulars that have been before and then we had 4 new members.
Rachel Edwards is a Mini IQ Consultant, so she bought her catalogues along so we could look at all the yummy stuff. She also bought her friend Sue Ford, who is looking for something to do instead of going back to work so she can spend time with her little one.
Louise of Brows and Beauty followed shortly, and not long into the meet and I had booked a lovely relaxing pedicure for before my holiday! Sue spoke to Louise about threading as she travels much further to get it done so she wants to use Louise from now on (the power of networking!)
Finally, we had Sarah from Fab-Rings. She has just launched a new unique product which is just brilliant. It is a fabric book of photos of loved ones that attach to a rattle. She is just in her first few weeks and is new to running her own business but you can see she is very excited about the future with it!
Apart from the weather (the rain managed to hold of!) it was great to see some new members and exisiting ones too.
Next event now is the 'Social Networking for Business' Workshop on the 20th September. Spaces are filling fast for this so if you want to learn how free platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Blogging can increase your business book here.
