Boney M, Rose Royce and Abba Gold live at VegfestUK on May 23rd

Fancy an exciting combination of uplifting disco, amazing food and massive crowds this May? Make sure to head down to Bristol Amphitheatre for VegfestUK – one of Europe's biggest and most entertaining veggie food and lifestyle festivals on May 23rd 24th 25th!

The show enters its 12th year and is set to draw between 20,000 – 25,000 visitors over the May Bank Holiday weekend. The disco feverBoney_M begins on Friday evening with the likes of Boney M (ft. Maizie Williams), Gwen Dickey's Rose Royce and Abba Gold gracing the Amphitheatre main stage alongside DJ's Just a Couple of Mums and Bristol Samba Band.

The music shifts to the traditional punk roots of the festival on Saturday evening with Peter Hook playing a Joy Division / New Order set with his band the Light, which is dovetailed nicely by performances from Ruts D.C. and Goldblade.

Gwen Dickey landscapeSunday evening features both reggae and sunsplash with local reggae outfit Black Roots entertaining the crowd before dub and reggae maestros Zion Train bring the festival to a glorious finale.

Meanwhile, Saturday and Sunday daytime see a full vegan food fayre with 140 caterers and stalls laden with free samples and special discounts, 5 all day bars, on top of inspiring lifestyle information from talks, cookery demos, workshops, short films and kids cookery classes. There's also entertainment coming from comedy hours, clay modelling, hoola hoops, art and craft tent, smoothie bike and musicians.

The show organisers are kindly offering Networking Mummies a pair of weekend tickets to both the daytime and evening parts of the festival.
